Honda's and WDH-

For years now Honda has frowned against the use of WDH hitches. While thumbing through the owners manual to answer a question, the owners manual now states "your vehicle is designed to tow without the need for a load distribution hitch. If you wish to use one, please consult your trailer maker for proper installation and set up. Improper set up could degrade the handling, stability, and braking performance of your vehicle."

This is good news and in the right direction. I expect to see the same verbiage on the 2017 Ridgeline and Odyssey due out soon.
