Husky Center Line towing system?

I just purchased a new trailer and the dealer is recommending this hitch, anyone have any experience with it? I have a little over 2 weeks before I pick up the trailer and I want to make sure I get a good hitch. Here is a link to a video https://www.youtube.com/embed/i6gvvpnZx9A?rel=0

I like it. I have the Husky Centerline TS on my Windjammer 3029W and I wasn't sure about switching to it after being happy with my Reese Dual Cam Straight Line system, but I like it more. It gives a great ride and it is quiet. It does take a lol
The effort to hookup, but there is an included tool to help with that.

I recommend it.

Very pleased with my Husky Centerline towing 2904SS Ultralight for about 5,000 miles in last 11 months. Very easy tow with very minimal sway or noise. Be aware that the hitch head is quite heavy.

I had the original and hated it. Many issues IMO. The Centerline TS seems to have done away with the problem areas. Feedback on that hitch looks promising.

I have this system and like it ok. I am a very new beginner and don't have anything to compare it with though. It did take me a time or two to get the hang of hooking it up. I try and have the TV in good line with the trailer and after hooking up the ball I jack up again just a little to make it easier to hook up the bars.

Just installed the Husky Centerline TS, after a lot of research, and on a budget. Impressed on the quaility, ease of hook up, and the range of tong weight for us 800-1200 #. Only towed it about 20 miles, just to test measurements, made a good number of 90 deg. turns and no noise, groans,or pops like they claim, over the competition. Think the copied and improved on the Equalizer. No highway use yet, so no comment on the anti sway yet, but so far, a good decision.

Wish i had of took a picture of the hitch ! ^%$^*^$$E

Just a note, there are 2 hitches, the Husky Centerline, and, the Husky Centerline TS. The TS is a new hitch for Husky, so we are all at the frontier on this hitch ????? But looks good so far !

Husky Center Line towing system?

The video you posted is for the older centerline hitch btw. I've heard the hitch itself weighs over 70 pounds without the bars attached. I view that as a serious problem if true. I bought a centerline hitch recently through my dealership and grilled my salesperson whether it was a centerline or a centerline TS model. He knew nothing of the difference "we only sell one" so I waited. When I attired at the dealership, it was indeed the newer centerline TS on display. I bought it and it is an amazing upgrade over the older chains and separate sway bar.

Exactly. The TS is similar weight to any wdh. The old centerline apparently is incredibly heavy

It's a heavy duty WDH.

Well, Just an update on our Husky Centerline TS, towed with it for over a few hundred miles now, and so far love it, great sway control, an easy hookup. My main problem is unhooking, but probably me and not using the tool properly !!!

To unhook, raise the trailer with the tongue jack until you can move the distribution bars by hand (taking the load off the bars). Use the tool to remove the bars. Lower the trailer back down, remove the pin to release the ball and raise the trainer again.

The coating/paint is peeling off of mine and I've owned it less than a year. Disputes this, is a great hitch and I feel very little sway.

*update - Now that I have driven several hundred miles with this hitch I'm very happy with my choice. Great hitch, I have no complaints.

Just a FYI to anyone buying the new design of the center line ( the one with the pistons ) you will not be able to use this model on TT less than 4000 lbs. So just beware of your weight. 1 SAFETY TIP: Do not use the Center Line Hitch with loaded trailers under 4,000 lbs. this is from the product info PDF from the husky site.

Yes but that could be a lot of hitches. Here is a pic of the centerline:
