Husky Hitch Replacement

Purchased a new Husky Inline Hitch about 3 - 4 months ago from FunTime RV. I recently noticed that the pressure plate was sheared off as you can see in the attached picture.

Well, since purchasing the hitch, FunTime has closed its doors. Took the hitch to Hayes RV in Longview, Texas, and the folks there, especially a young man named Jason, went above and beyond to get a replacement hitch for me.

Husky was great, too, and replaced the hitch right away. They didn't just send replacement parts -- they sent an entirely new hitch. I swapped it out on the shank yesterday and am ready to hit the road again.

I just wanted to give these 2 places a good pat on the back. After FunTime closed, I've been concerned about warranty work to my trailer.

This is good to know, Husky standing behind its products. I also have Husky set up (WD kit).

Thanks for the great tip.
