You need to have a TW of between 10-15%, so pick 12.5%. If the TT is 3800lbs dry brochure weight, then figure a couple 100lbs over for delivery. Then figure 1000lbs or so for stuff, that puts you at 5000lbs loaded. Obviously you'll need to figure your own weights but as a base figure 5000lbs ready to tow. 12.5% of 5000lbs is 625lbs. You may have 500lbs (10%) or as high as 750lbs (15%) of tongue wieght. I would get 800lb bars based on what I know from past TT's I've had.

800 lb. bars should serve you well. When I was on the Trailmanor forum, the typical tongue weight on those trailers were around 500 lbs. Several members got WDHs with 600 lb. spring bars, and said they did not distribute the weight sufficiently. I learned by their mistakes, ordered 800 lb. spring bars for my Trailmanor, and they worked great.
