LCI Power Tongue Jack has no power

We recently just purchased a new 2014 Wildwood 261BHXL.

So we are just about loaded for our FIRST trip tomorrow... we go to retract the power tongue. Get it almost all the way up --- then NO power at all to the unit. Any ideas?

I don't know about your jack specifically, but jacks I've owned were connected directly to the battery through an inline fuse. I never found my fuse blown BUT I have had to twist the fuse in its cocoon to reestablish a good connection. Look for that fuse in the jack line from the battery.

Yep, direct to battery. Look for a in-line fuse holder, and also some have an in-line mini-breaker that may have opened.

When I replaced my jack, I found an inline fuse under the tongue of the trailer very close to the breaker that's connected to the main wire to the POS battery post.

It was a fuse. Thank goodness.
