Ready for the trip home. Towed great, no sway (even in some high traffic/very high winds), no problems braking/keeping it under control on downhill grades, able to maintain the speed limit on all the climbs. Don't ask about the gas mileage! (Knew that going in.)

I'm happy to see you go up to a long bed F350! For pulling, I prefer long beds. Plus, look at it this way, you will have more payload capacity for a new 5er somewhere down the road

Nice looking truck! Congrats

towing our old camper

I know it's not a forest river poduct in my pic. I have yet to get a pic of my wildwood being towed or at a camp site. that will come in a couple weeks when we visit meramec state park for four days. its going to be a couple long weeks.

Nice kamp k. Too bad you couldn't get that Forest Green again. I had that for my 2008 and loved it. But I couldn't find one when I went to get the 2011. Well, at least not that I could afford. I had to cut back some to get into my current truck.

Thanks for the compliment! A new 5er??? I sure hope the Mrs. doesn't read this! Shhhhhh, I haven't yet told her the F350 can handle a 5th wheel!

It's funny, when I got the F250, I didn't care for the forest green, and then it grew on me to where I really liked the color, but when I found the F350, the rust color was what the DW had always wanted because our Windjammer has a that same color in some of it's color scheme.
