Lots of other stuff done to it, but this post is already long enough i think!

Its solid, reliable (after a lot of work and money that is!) and has literally towed our trailer from the pacific to the Atlantic (Vancouver island to Newfoundland):

while netting 13-15 mpg with trailer in tow.

Best Ive been able to pull out of it on the dyno is 271.9 hp @ 3200 rpm / 446.3 tq @ 1900 rpm and a 9.7 sec 0-60 time. It's no fireball, but it's essentially brand new except for frame and body and just sneaking into stock lb7 Duramax territory for under 17 grand total investment.

Not too shabby says I!

Impressive mods - great work!!

Judging by the exhaust, you got the duramax. Great truck.

I should have purchased white, to match the camper & boat.

nice truck, we are going to the factory to watch ours being built in a few weeks (CC, DRW, 4X dmax, white) cant wait to pull with the extra tires but I am going to miss the power pulling with the current truck, because it is going under the knife again to get built and twinned

Whats the RWHP goal you are shooting for? Is it going to be track use only or street driven yet?

depends on the chargers I go with, looking around 850-900, just for fun, and a few passes at the strip... road in a guys 1000hp dmax and it sure is addicting, but dependability is a concern running around with that much

Very nice!! I road in a 750+hp twinned 24V Cummins, that is the highest HP vehicle that I have ever ridden in. A 4wd boosted launch was unbelievable. Over 11 years ago my old man had a 99 F350 SC DRW 4X4 7.3L that did 453hp (which at the time was high hp) it was a 6spd so it wasn't the fasted thing out there. But it felt like it was alot hp more when banging through the gears, just since everytime you grabbed another gear it would through you back in the seat.

One of these days I will get myself a diesel to play with, but right now I have other prioritys. But a diesel moving its way up the list!
