That's some serious sag... and rise on the front. Do you have a WDH?

I was going to say the same thing. That must be some serious hitch weight to do that to a 250.

Thanks for noticing. I saw that too. Strange as I hitched up and pulled onto the street in front of my house it wasn't nose heavy like that, and last year during my tows it wasn't nose heavy. Need to make adjustments. Yes I am running a 12K lb Equalizer wdh. I wouldn't tow this monster without one.

Thank you. It's Wedgewood Blue with black flames. 1,600 made in that color.

I have also been thinking of adding bags for additional assistance.

Air bags shouldn't be needed if the WDH is setup correctly. That should be plenty of truck to handle that trailer.

BTW crushor, I corrected your previous post indicated with 1 of your follow-up posts concerning "I wouldn't to that monster with a WDH", and deleted the follow-up post....hope that was OK.

BTW (again)....nice lookn' combo.

MtnGuy, no problem. Yes, I realize bags shouldn't be needed. Was thinking as merely added stability. As I travel with all owners manuals, I am looking at mine now and will be adjusting the L brackets (to begin with) as that is how it is setting. Also, thinking back, my trailer dealer service dept. set the hitch up on another truck I brought the CC home with. If memory serves me correctly, he told me that the two should have been close enough to not adjust the hitch. I did have to lower the ball end 1 hole to accommodate the taller truck. Will be finishing the adjustment before I tow her home. Safety!!

Easy mod to truck & works great...for about $300 (no compressor) and about 3hrs of your time, it'll be the best mod you did for the rear suspension
