[The Equalizer is much better. I feel a little sway in side wind when driving over 65. But nothing from trucks. My only complaint with Equalizer is the noise when turning.[/QUOTE]
As 007matman said, and I use them also, get the pads that slip on over the L brackets. I use the blue lube also.

To the OP..
I feel.for you man. I think we're in a similar situation. My Eaky would pull the camper just fine but I was on the edge of capacity and slightly over with all 4 kids, luggage, etc.
We just bought the camper a little over a year ago and sold our old PUP so I'm kinda stuck with what I have now.
I also have a son starting college this year and couldn't afford to buy a new vehicle.
After many months of torturing myself over the decision to purchase the larger camper (which we needed) I made the decision to upgrade the TV. We still have the Esky (which I might sell to rid ourselves of some debt) but the F-350 CC Dually was made to pull that camper. Seats 6 just fine.
I was having issues with tire wear, shocks, transmission, overheating (getting hot), etc. That's why I abandoned towing with it. I didn't want to blow it up. It would pull all day but I could tell it was hard on it.

That's why I was leaning toward the Anderson, but I'm not sure now.

I have a Grey Wolf 23MK and an Andersen hitch. Works fine, no sway, transfers weight great to my 1500 Ram pickup. TT is about 5500 empty, GVW is about 7600. Actual tongue weight is around 700 loaded for me (I weighed it). I'm happy with the Andersen.

I have the Hensley system and love it. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Since having it, I have eliminated sway, had better control of the trailer, and better over-all enjoyment while pulling my TT.

My apologies. I would of never guessed a rating that large on a vehicle that size. Pictured with the camper it looks like a small suv towing a beast

Hitch
Nothing helps sway like a longer wheelbase, heavier truch.

Don’t try to control sway just eliminate it, you might think this is pricey, I had mine for 20 years and when I switch to a fifth wheel I bought one of theirs, I was able to trade in my old one which gave me 50% off and basically I got as much back trading it as I had paid for it 20 years ago. These are just unbelievable, my last hook up was a 30 ft surveyor hitched to a Volkswagen Touareg diesel.

Kimber45- That's OK. I do need to keep thinks like that in mind. It is an Expedition, so based on the 150 chassis. Still squats more than I like tho. Especially coming from a 350 to this (no sway on that dually!)
I am appreciating everyone's advice! I really wish that I could try out these hitches to see which one works best for me. A shame to spend $400+ on something that doesn't do anything more than what I have.

If that’s your set up you have equalizer set up with no sway control. You need a twin cam set up to. Stop by your local dealer and have them explain what a sway control does. Used Reesetwin cam for years with a 23’ RV . Worked good.

You better go back and read OP's original post and look at the attached pics. OP has a reese with 2 friction sway controls that connects to the trailer tongue. Like someone said in a earlier post, OP needs to take it to a scale and see what his real weights are. He may just have to do a little more adjustments. In the pics his bars seem to have too much curve in them and the TV does look a little low in the back and high in the front and the trailer does look to be low at the front. He wants the trailer frame as level as possible with no more than 1 to 2 inches lower in the front. It looks as he has more than that. Though I may be wrong, it's just my opinion based on what I see in the pics and what the OP says in his posts.

Has the sway brakes. One on each side. But I like the cams... I am looking at them.

Scraper- yeah, the setup on this hitch was originally for my f-350, and I moved it to this SUV when I sold the truck. I know it needs adjusted, but not sure what to do. Hence I'm here. Thought I needed a new hitch, but I'm liking the cams from Reese.

I Have a Husky Centerline TS with 1200k bars (they make bars for different weights) and love it!!! I have a Cherokee 274VFK @8500 pushing a Ram 2500 long bed. I can drive at 75 if wanted (rarely over 65 for MPG) and have NO sway problems, I can drive with one hand and not feel anything when passed by trucks. Different set up yes but with proper Husky for your rig I think you would be happy.

Equal-i-zer is a brand of WDH that has integrated sway control.
the OP has a Reese WDH, not an Equal-i-zer.

Youroo is right! I had to scroll back and look.
I have a trunion 1200lb reese, and was able to add the cans, after checking with reese to be certain.
The OP pictures are straight round bars and would need to be replaced.
My guess it's nearly a do over. But reese's straight line setup has been good with me. Just had a 400 m run and no issues.
