Leveling ultra-fab WDH

Ok so my old truck sat higher than the new one. I measured the two before I sold it and the new truck is 1 3/8" lower at the trailer hitch than te old truck. The WDH has two more adjustment holes left on the shank that are @ 1" increments. I moved the ball height up 2" from previous adjustment. I'm figuring to go with the full 2" increase to compensate for some squat rather than go with the 1" increase and the rear be too low. I will still measure front and rear but for now I just had to move the trailer around the yard. What are your thoughts?

Ok, I guess I answered my own question. I measured today and loaded there was no change in the front measurement and only a 3/4 inch drop in the rear. Seems like its within specs according their website.

I tried 1 1/8" and it seemed loose to me, 1 1/16" wouldn't fit so I'm thinking it must be metric like a 28 or 29mm. if I can't find one of them I'll 1 1/8" I guess.

Try a 6 point socket. Less chance of rounding.

Ok I just did a little Goggling and found that the 28mm is in fact the 1 1/8" and I have already tried the 27mm and it was to small so it's back to the 1 1/8". Thanks for the help
