I've spoken to both Dexter and Forest River. My axles are Al-Ko Kober Part no. 262382AD and Dexter does NOT make a lift kit for them. Forest River has one, though... $150 and the kit does both axles. I've ordered one and will have a local truck and trailer shop install it.

Well, I should have posted the picture first. Thanks for clearing up my confusion. Now I can get on with this. My axles are definitely not overloaded, so no need to change them out. I just want the clearance so I can get into and out of some steeper sites... and my steep driveway.

My tires were touching the wheel wells on bumps so I called Dexter. Called them three times and never heard from them.
I loosened the mount bolts, lowered the axles down as far as they would drop [about 3"] shimmed them with several pieces of 2" wide by 1/4" thick flat bar and tack welded them in place after lowering the unit back down. Good clearance now. Cheap fix as the Dexter kits were $125 each.
