Looking for hitch recommendations

I watched a fella hook up to one of those hitches next to me one day. First off the hitch was a brute and just glancing at it I thought there was an awful lot to line up.

I was right.. He and the DW took about a 15-20 minutes min getting it to line up and how his trailer was sitting he actually had to put blocks under the TV tires to get the right angle.

He swore by it though and probably good thing he had it. He was pulling about a 43' trailer behind an F250 short bed gasser that he had loaded to the kilt.

Thanks for the tip. I put grease on the trunnions bar pivot points and I didn't get the usual obnoxious popping when I'd make a turn. No more embarrassment when I pull into the campground and camp site!
