Lubricating the Reese Revolution Hitch

The Reese Revolution Hitch is squeeking and groaning quite a bit. What do you suggest we use to grease the plates and how do you inject the grease?

We have the hitch pivoting at the 5er, so we are using the revolution hitch.

Thanks for your help.
