Mounting on board Air Compressor

Hey all, I recently purchased an Air Lift Wireless One air compressor.

I'm not sure I want to drill into the bed of my truck. I suppose I can add some silicone sealant to prevent rust, but it could get knocked off when various things are put into the truck. I don't think under the bed is the best spot for this either.

Maybe mount on the bed wall next to the back of the cab?

It has a wireless controller so I don't need to mount it in the cab, but I could put it under my seat. Maybe even under the back seat.

Where have you guys mounted these?

Any ideas?

I mounted mine under the drivers seat on the outside on my 2000 and again on my 2005, so it has hung under the truck for 15 yrs and still works flawlessly.

To be honest, haven't had to deal with snow & ice, but mud, dirt, water there have been no problems.

I'll look and see what's around under the seat and go from there. I hadn't thought about the engine bay either. Seems like there would be some where in the bay to place it.

How was adding it into the fuse panel?

Here's a photo of my Air Lift Wireless One Compressor, installed by a truck shop, on my 2013 Ram 1500. Sorry for the dirty undercarriage. The compressor is shown on the left side of the pic. The tire in the photo is the driver's side front tire.
