Need Sway Control Advice

I have a 27' Salem LE with a Husky Round Bar Weight Distribution Hitch, and no sway control. I am looking at (2) Friction Sway Control Devices (right and left sides) for about $100 total, or the Dual Cam High Performance Sway Control Device for about $210 (I am only assuming the dual cam system will fit the current weight distribution hitch I have - if you know for sure, let me know). Would I be getting twice the function for twice the price? I rarely travel far with my trailer, but am planning a 1000 mile trip this summer, and want things working properly.

This topic has been discussed in depth quite a bit. I would suggest you do a search on here and you will find more than you want to know

As for the dual cam fitting the Husky hitch, that question would be better asked of Husky than on here. The only dual cam I know of is made by Reese. Might want to contact Husky and see what they have, and get their suggestions.

Sorry, realize you are new, and this is a good place for info, but sometimes you are better off going to the manufacture when you have a specific question about your hitch, and especially when you didn't even give hitch model number here. Also, as mentioned above, numerous threads on the subject of sway.

The only Husky spring bars that I see all have straight ends....that would not work with the Reese Dual Cam.

If the OP wants to stick with Husky, a setup similar to the Equal-i-zer dual cam is available :
