But tires with a thicker side wall, aka LT tires, WILL handle better under load. P tires tend to be "squishy" and can "walk" because of sidewall flex.

Usually it's on a sticker that's on the receiver most of the time. My Ram for instance has no weight sticker. But the manual shows the weight limits.

True, I wasn't sure where they're located being it has the V nose. I also see that the fridge is in front of the axles. More TW.

Only saving grace in the whole thing as far as TW is concerned is that the rear bedroom would take a lot of stuff and help offset the TW.
Unless the OP loads up the front bunk area that has the outside door.

OP needs to address where he's putting things like the lawn chairs, bikes, BBQ, firewood, etc.

Based on these comments (about loading) most loading will probably be done on the rear bedroom now. I had plans for utilizing the fwd space as well but I think the more heavy items will be in the rear to reduce TW. Also had plans of adding a bike rack near the spare tire so that would help offset as well. Not really planning on putting much in the trailer and would rather max out the truck's CCC (to include tongue) before adding more cargo to the trailer. It seems more like a balancing game at this point.
