Of course you can tow that
But the truck can't 'handle' it

Maybe that was the problem, He was driving like it was not back there. The number of times I see people fly by in the fast lane towing a trailer is crazy.

Were there high winds? I have seen Youtube video that ended similarly of a trailer getting blown over and taking a dually for a ride.
It looks like that truck is still hitched.
It is a bummer when some limit gets exceeded and away goes the fun.

Yep, it looks like the hitch held.
Dunno the particulars. That's South of us...way South.
Two interstates cross us: I-20 up where wmtire and I are, I-10 down there in bayou country.

The only time we have any wind around here is during a hurricane

I would just lock in 4HI and keep on trucking to the campground, then worry how I am going to flip it over...
it could've been a micro burst that flipped it over, the weather might of been calm or just a little breeze, or he was cut off by another driver

Is that one of those heaven duty fords? I assume his sway control was ineffective.

Danny (love how you spelled your name phonetically)
Up here in WM we had some awful winds last evening....out of a clear blue sky...suddenly high winds (moving these grandpa oaks around I'm tellin' ya) and then with still clear blue skies came the lightning.
Didn't even get enough rain to wet the concrete on the driveway, but those winds were ROUGH.
My first thought was someone cut him off.

That looks miraculous that Ford isn't also on its side!! I guess if there is a positive to this - unhook it, drive off, call insurance man and CRY!!

Without getting carried away, I am sure your baby chevy would have had the same result.
