The Fords and Chevy diesels are more expensive to maintain than a gasser but the 5.9 Cummins is not.

Cuz the Cummins is parked by the side of the road all the time.

If they get used, you have to maintain them.

only from a owner of a dodge. my chevy cost nothing to maintain other then the usual stuff like you have to deal with

Yes, I have to maintain it, but it doesn't cost me any more than a gas motor to maintain.

your post said the chevy diesel cost more to maintain. I do the same maintaining as your cummins and it does not cost me more with my chevy diesel

I think we all need to stop throwing these claims around until and unless they can be backed up with solid data.

At this point, it's all about personal opinions and nothing else.
