From the Ford dealer;
Got some great news for you. your truck is making exceptional time coming across the US in Burlington Northern Rail Car KC5008674. It is currently steaming south through Tacoma Washington. You should be able to pick up your truck some time later this week. Friday or Saturday. I will let you know once it actually hits the Port.

WoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooHooooooooooooooooooo oooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, but typically you only pay for a truck for four or five years

Honestly I have always been a GM man over the years but in the past 5 years FORD has really done some impressive things with their heavy duty division. I am glad to say I am a proud owner of a Ford e450 v10

You're lucky. We have to pay cash for our vehicles 'cause the banks in Korea don't trust foreigners for car loans... We're on vehicle #5 and maybe #6 because #1 got t-boned two days ago. Sigh...

Twisty - post some pics when you get your 'baby' to cheer me up!

Can I borrow it to run over some red-light runners?

Specs vary widely. I had to get a certain combination of options to get the highest payload. It is not all detailed on the website.
I don't want a diesel. There is no reason for me to get one. If Ford did not offer a gas engine I would be buying a Chevy.
The heaviest RV we like is about 10k gross. A bigger heavier RV would only limit our travels.

Is that what the sticker in the drivers door jam says for payload or some propaganda off the internet?
