Outboard motor reciever for bumper hitch??

I've looked all over the internet and been asking around and can't find where I can get a mount for my outboard motor that fits in the trucks bumper hitch. I want to be able to tow my 5th wheel and instead of having to lay the outboard on its side in one of the front compartments or back of truck bed I could just put it upright using the trucks bumper hitch. Like a bike rack, but with a transom to put the motor on. I have a 20 HP Honda +/- 110Lbs.

BTW My boat is a inflatable zodiac style with no trailer for it ( inflate to use, deflate to go home). Otherwise I'd just leave the motor on the boat.

I wonder if you could fabricate a motor mount that would hang from the top of your closed tailgate?

I have never seen one but I think it would be very easy to fabricate one.
