Pics of Running Boards/Nerf Bars/Steps?

I'm shopping for some kind of steps or bars for an F350 Crew Cab 6 3/4 box SRW.
If you have something on your truck would you please post a pic or 2?
Brand? Style? Material? Are they strong? Useful? Any regrets? How far do they stick out and how low are they from the door sill?
I will be putting a tool chest behind the cab so I will also need a step beside the bed.

Mine came with the running boards on them from Ford 6" angular I believe) with the Ford logo on them. They do only go as far as the cab. Ford does make a retractable step that mounts between rear wheels and the cab to allow access to tool box. I am sure the running boards and steps are on Fords website to look at or stop at a dealership.

Definitely get the full length running boards, I regret it every time I go to reach inside my bed behind the cab or toolbox ;(
