Right up there with, "Oh, a 1/2 ton (or SUV) can pull this trailer!"

First pull with our new to us 2014 Ram 2500. As you can see we are right at 3" nose high. Thinking about ordering the lift kit from Dexter to level it out. The BD3 hitch is as low as it will go, the revolution has no adjustment. Love the way the Ram pulls

You'll be ok!
Mine will actually last 20 years opposed to 5 years for a Ford!

Camping in Alaska
trying to upload two photos here.
1) just unhooked at our campsight
2) trailer out of storage and hooked up in early Spring. First time owner of a camper and we all laughed at how long this thing looked when connected!
The Range Rover pulls it like a champ and it's been a great camper for us. easy to self-diagnose/repair the growing pains and simple to make camp and get into the weekend.

Easy cowboy! Lol
My 1500 was able to tow #12k, and the TT grosses out at 9600 and the 1500 towed it quite nicely. I got a bigger truck cause my kids were out growing the dbl cab so I got a crew cab for more space for the kids

What about the guy with the 4,000 lb towing capacity 1500??????
And the salesman NEVER asks the details about your truck. He just makes the blanket statement.
My 2009 Silverado owners manual lists 99 (yeah - 99!) different permutations of the Silverado 1500 that range in towing capacity from 4,000 lbs to 12,000 lbs depending on engine, cab size, bed size, rear end, etc.. So how can a salesman, in all honesty, make such a statement??? But they DO!

Because they weren't selling (as well as they needed to). They were somewhat expensive relative to other TT's at the time.
And most RV buyers want "cheap;" --- and we put up with the quality we get while we complain about it..

Has Tada been good for LR? I have always loved the history of those vehicles.
How about the air suspension and the WD setup? Are the two co-operating through the computers as they should?
I have two old discovery's that are my retirement projects. trying to get everything working and restored maybe around the time that people realize they are the last of the original Defender swivel joint chassis. What haven't been salvaged or allowed to rust to oblivion are are getting rare.
BTW have you heard the sound of crickets used as a sign of "no response" or empty rooms? That is the sound this forum needs to make every time a poster post a picture of anything other that a pick-up or a hemi dodge.
SO please keep posting!!
happy trails!

Without the distribution bars on... Seeing how it would pull without them on. It was too bouncy down our little country road.
What are y'all thoughts?
I feel like I get too much pogo bounce with bars on.
Have a 12000 pound equalizer hitch

the original plan found the old technology v8 under powered and the tranny too tall between shifts, but it got me to and from a very important spot.
15 minutes from the water.
The water was great for 5 years but when your wife hates water...
have a happy wife now and she is looking forward to the sights to come in the comfort of the current rig.
the beginning...
