Couple from this past weekend. Frist one was loaded up and heading out for the weekend. Second one was on the way out of the camping spot, doing some off-road camping. Great weekend away!

Second tow with the new diesel. In 6th at 1700ish rpm and 70mph(still slower than the flow of traffic). Quiet and smooth. Unfortunately not a fun tow. Just picking up from warranty work.

I've seen some double tows but this triple with a dolly looks like fun. A lot of moving part in that when making a tight turn, You wont see that where i live in PA!

Safe travels!

I just walked through one of those - very nice. Does yours have the 60" HDTV? How does your truck handle it?

It does have the 60" and it's great! It's the biggest (and newest) TV that we have ever owned. The 1-ton does really well pulling it. We have lots of power with no noticeable strain. The air bag hitch really helps minimize the jarring from rough roads.

I wish. We have a city park close by with a campground that has a fair every year. I would trade cotton candy and bounce houses for Nascar any day of the week!

Our 1998 Dodge Ram 2500, "Quad Cab" with the 5.9L /360 CID V8 and an overbuilt 46RE Automatic. The original chrome grille was just a little pretentious so we swapped in the black one. We've only got about 58K miles on it so far, it is mostly used for Camping and it never sees any Winter action.
Back when it hauled around our previous Slide-On Truck Camper, a Veri-Lite 1130, we called it "Leviathan." 2009 Saw us spend slightly over 4-1/2 months straight, living (and to a great extent, dry camping) in the TC.
