Yep, had a blowout on the way to San Antonio for the 4th of July. I was able to repair all of the damage except the plastic fender. I'm exercising patience right now with Prime Time. I'm on my second email to them without a reply to purchase one directly from them.
I had the same problem contacting PT through their web site with no response. Ended up they are having a problem where some e-mails are ending up in their SPAM folder. They are working on that issue.
However, once I got hold of them (direct e-mail to Roger Stickel), my issue was addressed immediately.
So, don't dispair, their customer service is still second to none in my book!!
