father in law used it to haul scrap tires 500++ the last 15 years and he did it 3 time a week, he said the trailer has over 300k miles, and about 60 tires replaced because the yards hole them , his average load was around 20k.

2013 F250 first official tow

We got a new TV 2013 F250 6.2L to replace our 2001 F150 to tow our 2008 Rockwood 8313SS. this was the first time we towed it for fun. Towed it to Myrtle Beach. Averaged 9.5 MPG. Towed so much better and was a lot more relaxing drive.

This is our 2013 831FKBSS. we are on our second summer with it. We live in northern Idaho and we have trowed it to Montana, down to Riggins for white water rafting and even out to the ocean. The pics are from our trips to Ocean Shores, stopped at the Columbia River, and the top of our Lewiston grade which is 7 miles of 7% grade.

I had the same problem contacting PT through their web site with no response. Ended up they are having a problem where some e-mails are ending up in their SPAM folder. They are working on that issue.

However, once I got hold of them (direct e-mail to Roger Stickel), my issue was addressed immediately.

So, don't dispair, their customer service is still second to none in my book!!
