I wanted to do that next year? Where did you start from and how long did it take to go there and back? I might go from NJ to Sun City maybe Grand Canyon for one day

We left the U.P. of Michigan in January and stayed in Casa Grande. Az. for 2+ months. It took us 18 days down and 17 days back. We would drive to a destination we liked, stop, toured, and then on to the next stop. No place in a hurry.

In response to #1491: So as you can see in my signature I also don't currently own a Forest River product however I am and have been seriously looking at Rockwood 5th wheels but haven't decided yet which one. Regardless of ownership or not I still think this forum has a lot of expertise that is well received by newbie RV's. I also think because of the pleasant, nonjudgmental responses from experienced RVers on this forum that new members are attracted to Forest River products and will eventually buy one. Please don't judge any member just because they haven't or currently don't own a Forest River product.
