We went from the 2013 PT Crusader295RST TE to a 2018.5 Montana 3121RL.

We looked at all other brands and the thing we liked the best is that it sits at 35 feet and I can tow it with my 2016 F350 Crew SB 6.7PSD without being over.

The storage in these drop frame units is massive and tons of interior storage as well, I wish there was an equal FR product but there isn’t at this Price Point under $60K with 6-Point Hydraulic Auto Leveling and massive storage. I like the. gMC but didn’t go with it bc the def tanks sits too low under the passenger seat and the filling portion of def is under the hood up against the firewall.

Rumor has it those are two things they corrected for the 2020 model coming out summer of 2019 [emoji848]

Second time out with Wolf Pup 16BHS, towed by a 2008 Ford Explorer V6 with tow package. I am extremely happy that it tows as well as it does. I am ecstatic with the new Prodigy P2 brake controller. Using the onboard mpg-o-meter, once I was on I-79 heading north, mpg was 11.1. Reset that when I filled up in Erie and averaged 10.3 mpg by the time I got home on the up & down hills two lanes. Still better than the 9.2 mpg bringing the trailer home from the dealer. I was reminded (here) to drive a little slower, plus the tires are only rated for 65mph. I was running 70 & sometimes over on the way home from the dealer 🤕

It was a good time. The sites for seasonals are much nicer than the weekend crowd but the activitys, playground, pool and animals make up for that. The views where great and will be going back again for sure.
