I agree it does add up. Every gawks when they say they will travel light and some of us say expect 1000lbs of junk.. They think we're crazy saying that and swear they will never be over the empty ("dry") weight. It is crazy how quick clothes and food gets to be a half ton of crap, literally.

I saw the sharpest looking rig this week. It was South bound on 85 near Charlotte NC. It was a black GMC and the 5er toy box was a gray base with black tribal design accented in bright Monster Drink green.

Yes, 2WD. I think the picture causes an illusion due to the wide angle. The front fender height is 39".
