My dream truck would be a Cummings engine, Alison transmission and a Ford body.

Where is the "G" coming from in those dreams. It's CUMMINS. And Allison has 2 L's.
Hang on, it gets bumpy on that bandwagon.

Bmallak,

If you don't mind me asking, how did your 6.0L do pulling that large of a trailer? I have been looking at some newer GM trucks, and found a good deal on a 2015 3500HD with the 6.0L, but was wondering how the engine performed pulling heavier loads.

Thanks.

Different shops almost every time. It's not a rebuild issue, it's a heat issue.

A few years back I bought my dream truck. This truck had every option that you can imagine. It was even equipped with "on spot". These are automatically deployed tire chains in case it gets icy. Fancier than any semi I've ever seen. Once I got it out of my system I sold it because it was overkill for what I do and fuel mileage wasn't good. But I do miss it. Google search "sportchassis". Mine was black and beautiful. I miss it!
