Picked the Rockwood signature 8327ss up today. Can't wait to take it out for our first trip. Tundra pulled it great. Full tank of gas didn't make the 3 1/2 hour trip though, ouch.

I kinda laughed...I feel the pain too. Why Toyota doesn't put in a larger tank is beyond me. Do you know what your mpg was? I'll get about 9-11 mpg depending on traffic and hills.

The small gas tank is designed that way, with a family, it forces you to stop every 2 1/2 hours of travel, so someone can use the bathroom
Nice rig, good luck and happy camping

This Fort Yargo State Park in Winder, GA. It is only 8 miles form our home, but we camp there several times a year. We love it. Here are a couple more pics.

Thanks. It served us well for 10 years. Had an upper bunk, canvas covered bunk and a jackknife couch, 2 way fridge, stove, sink, shower, 25gal FW, and A/C. When my daughter out grew the upper bunk I added the toy hauler ramp room to the deck. This picture was taken the day I sold everything. The new owner was already hooked up.

Here is an idea of what I am talking about loving that TV with some heavy weight behind it. This gooseneck is right at 20,000# and I did 0-60 at 3/4 throttle in 27 seconds and it towed like a dream for the rest of the journey! (About 200 miles)
For all the weight police and perfection people out there yes I know it's over "rated" cap and it is sagging in the rear but self leveling air bags are coming and the over weight part is just something I have to do to keep my job the truck handles it just fine the brakes are great and it has the built in sway control so it's not a safety issue because I'm not following the lawyer tags!!

It is a flow back separator. It separates the water oil and gas. Glad and surprised that someone knew what that was!!

I have almost 20 yrs in the oil patch. I've been a Frac supervisor and now I'm a cementing manager. I knew it was some type of separator.
If the weight police only knew what these HD pickups are really capable of it would blow their minds.
On another forum there's a guy that recommends only using 70% of a pickups capability. I just chuckle to myself and leave it alone.
