Dynamax was acquired by Forest River a few years ago. They were known for high end class C’s. However they began manufacturing fifth wheels right before being acquired and continued under FR ownership until early 2015 when they ceased fifth wheel production to focus back on their core competency, luxury class C’s.

Yes, but there are still some on the dealer lots. Factory still supporting and standing by their warranty and service.
The 2013 and 2014 have the rounded side walls and fiberglass roofs. The changed the 2015's to big box rubber roofs and raised the prices.

Wow those Trilogy's are sweet, but the trucks I see them pinned to appear to be 350-3500's one ton's. The numbers I read on the website say the 3650 has a 2700# pin weight and a DRY weight around 14,800#. That sounds to me like some pretty tight numbers after cargo etc. is calculated.
Am I missing something?

You're not missing anything. This is way out of F150 territory.
That's all I'm going to say about the topic because we don't need 50 posts of the typical weight arguments. If you're in the market know the specs of your truck or be ready to purchase one more suitable like a dually.

I'm digging the flatbed. No problems with bed rail clearance for you! If my bed ever gets bashed or rusts out I'll be going that route.

Towing my Trilogy 3650 RL, with 2011 Silverado 2500, Duramax, Firestone airbags. No issues...Trilogy has the best brakes I have ever experienced with any RV.

The flat bed was put on when I dropped my previous camper on bed (32qbbs). Bed supports were shot, the insurance wouldn't pay for new dually bed so we went this route.

Brakes are only PART of the equation though. Too much trailer for that truck IMO.

Headed for Cape Hatteras, first long tow with my "new to me " F250 powerstroke. Great tow vehicle , more power than I will ever need. 14.3mpg towing my windjammer.
