Nice rig! How's the Titan like the 5er?

thanks for the nice comments....
Everything is working well.
The Puma pulls really well.
On the Titan side:
I've serviced the differential with Royal Purple oil
as it already has the aluminum finned differential plate.
I have extensions for the mirrors that work well.
It came equipped with the towing package and
the motor and transmission work well..
I was on the phone with Ryan from Roadmaster for some time
as we talked through the areas it will assist on the rear suspension.
I was going to put levelers but have opted for the Roadmaster system.
Complete satisfaction warranted so
i will know the "real" difference very soon.

Let me know how your Titan is holding up!

I bought mine new, and tow quite a bit. I keep an eye on everything and change fluids regularly. I'm very happy!

Purchased in Salt Lake City, Utah and pulled her home to Las Vegas through a winter storm. I was in 4 wheel drive doing 45 behind some semi trucks for nearly 2 hours.
My truck had no problem at all hauling the trailer. Had 35 lbs in the bags. Never felt uncomfortable.

We stayed the night before driving back home.

But, is that the spare tire on the 3rd axle? Hope it wasn't anything major (except for having to change it)!

When we stayed the night in Utah I was setting up and heard a hissing. Come to find out, I ran over a screw. I just threw the spare on to ensure a safe incident free drive home.

I want that same truck but refuse to give Ford over $65K of my Money also I prefer the look of the 2008 Dually rather than that silly bubble they put over the new Dually, but nice rig you have and combo 👍

Pulls great, I forget it's there half the time, hasn't even had to go back to dealer for a thing.

The trailer only weighs 5400 lbs which is amazing. We regeared the truck and can tow up to 9500 lbs safely. There was a little sway at time but airbags fixed that. We loooove our setup.

Just looked at your link and under the floor plan picture it show GVWR 7600 and base weight of 5980. I too thought 5400 seemed low. Did you ever scale it?

Have not scaled it. Please review my last post. The 5980 is correct.

Sorry my post was delayed. Doing this at work and started typing and didn't post fast enough.

I took our Rockwood to the scales and was surprised how much over the sticker on the door it was. Didn't think we had much in it but we were at 6300 or so pounds. "Stuff" sure does add up quickly.
