Did my checking and max towing is equal to what the trailer is rated at fully loaded. I know I am on the high side but not worried. I am still under my combined gross with everything.

See specs for new TT in my signature. I pulled a Rockwood 2604 with an Equal-i-zer hitch for the past five years and liked it. I must admit, however, that I'm really enjoying the Blue Ox hitch with the new trailer. Very easy initial setup, quiet towing, excellent WD with sway control, lighter weight (17.4 lbs), smoother ride, cleanliness, low maintenance, fast enroute adjustments for varying loads/conditions, quick and effortless hitching, no small parts to lose.

Odd how Dodge is the only one that offers that?

Nice truck but beware of that tranny. You MUST make some changes to the manual or pulling that trailer you will have problems. The 68re auto is a much more durable tranny. I have them both and I love driving the manual, unfortunately they don't hold up very well. You have to install quick coolers and a tranny temp Guage. And don't boost the power. I make my living with these trucks and the manual has left me stranded MANY times. As far as the truck itself goes, she's a beauty and will last forever.
My truck's :
07 Ram 3500 , 6.7, auto, 1.8 million miles.
04 Ram 3500, 5.9, manual, 1.2 million miles.

Usually it's a 5th gear problem. I have gone through 9 trannys in this truck. The root of the problem is heat. Since installing the quick coolers and temp guage I have had no problems, but I have to shut down every once in a while to let her cool off. Now the newer manuals are aluminum but they have issues also. I have rebuild 1 tranny in the 07. The 68re 6 speed auto is excellent. Just don't boost the power!

Awesome!! We looked at a Vengence while having our camper repaired after a blow-out on the highway. Very nice. It's on the list when we upgrade to a 5er
