a few upgrades to help with the towing

The first picture is the day I brought home our new Salem 27DBUD last October. The second picture was last month after getting the hitch adjusted to compensate for the new height - over the winter I added better tires (and a little bigger, just for the looks and personal preference), Monroe Sensatracs and an air ride kit to the rear. The third picture is just a closer version to show the the finished product. Together, the handling and towing seems more comfortable. More importantly, it levels the truck out because I also added a 2-inch lift to the front.

I have a 2014 F150 FX4 doing the same thing 2.5" factor spacers in the front and replacing Pirelli Scorpions 275/55/20 with BFGoodrich A/T KO2 tires too much slip in the P rated tires

Yea, I'm surprised to see how many people don't upgrade from a P-rated tire. Once you get level, you'll have to address of the inevitable rear sag due to not having the factory rake to compensate for the load. That's where the better shocks and the air bags came in to play, I personally wouldn't tow without them
