Problem with tow electric cable

The cable that connects to my truck hit the ground and cut two wires. I put them back together, checked the fuses in my truck and inside my camper but the running lights still don't work. L&R turn signals work, brake lights work but not running lights. All light on my truck work. Help please.

The marker lights don't have a fuse in the trailer as they are fed from the tow vehicle. Most trucks have fuses for the trailer lights in a black box under the hood. The box has a square or rectangular cover. See the link below for help finding the fuse.

If all else fails get out your truck manual for location of fuses. Later RJD

How were the wires cut? Scraping ground, stretched in two?

Cable hit the ground and exposed two wires. I ordered a new cable.
