I fancy myself pretty handy, it took me with the help of my brother in law roughly an hour or a bit more, but i also had to modify a steel plate i added to the tongue of my trailer for weight. not difficult by any means...

We had it and loved it until we got our 5er. Just sold my propride on Craigslist.

Backing in to it can be tricky. Just make sure the sway arms are completely loose or it is hard.

Best of luck!

I have had my Pro Pride for 5 years, first on my 24 ft car hauler and I moved it to the 30' Puma. The thing is awesome, controls sway and great customer service. I have never had trouble backing it up. Follow the set up instructions and hitching instructions and it will work properly

I have repacked the bearings in the head once but the biggest problem is when I take the camper to the dealer they can't move it around their lot with the tractor. I guess this is a good security thing because if you don't have the stinger you are out of luck.
