I just used a simple small machine thread screw and a matching nut. Threaded thru the handle bracket and an existing hole in the lip at the front end of the pin box mounted so it's on the driver's side.

I decided where I wanted it on the driver's side and pre drilled pilot holes for the screws. After that, they ran right in with a cordless drill.
