Ready Brake System

Hello from a newbie. Just purchased a 2012 FR Lexington 283ts, and am in the process of getting it ready to tow a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek, manual tranny, so I'll be flat towing. Already have a Roadmaster hitch that came with the unit, and baseplate is enroute. Lighting system is a go. Now looking to get the braking system, and am leaning toward the NSA Ready Brake system. I like it because it seems simple, foolproof, and mechanical, not relying on electronics or hooking into the towd brake booster.
Is anyone using the Ready system, and how do you like it? Any problems? Any concerns?
Not new to towing as I've towed trailers with trucks, but this is the first time me and the better half have owned a motorhome, and towing a toad is a new experience. Any input would be welcomed!!!

I love it so far. Just had ours installed about 3 weeks ago and I have towed our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited about 3,000 miles. I really agonized over which brake system to get and researched for a few months, I'm glad this is what we ended up with.
