Reese Revolution Hitch

I have the Reese Revolution hitch as installed from the manufacturer on a Rockwood 8244WS Ultra-light 5th wheel. The dealer also installed the receiver in my Ford F250. It is now a couple of years old and I have put a couple of thousand miles on them. Recently when I took the trailer out of storage, the pin box is making some horrific noises. It never made them before My dealer says there is no maintenance required or needed and says the noises are normal, and I have been lucky not to have had them in the past. I'm looking for second opinions. Is this normal? Is there any maintenance required?

Didn't you ask this same question a few days ago in another post?
