Revolution sidewinder?

I have the revolution pin box on my 5er I had the dealer activate it. My question is when I'am unhooked I can not move the pin box at all, is this normal?

Most likely till it gets loosened up a little it will be hard to manually move.
Right OC?

Normal, I've towed ours over 5,000 miles and still can't move it. I just don't worry about it. Would rather have it tight than loose. I like mine as I use a full cover hard tonneau cover while towing and wouldn't want it moving when I hook up with half the cover off as there is only about 1" clearance on the sides.

Now you've got me concerned. Mine has moved quite easily from day one. Could this be a problem ?

Don't know if it is a problem, but it can be tightened by removing the cotter pin in the 1-1/2"-12 nut back at the trailer and get a BIG wrench and tighten. Torque to at least 80 lb/ft and then tighten a little more to align the cotter pin holes. Never loosen to install cotter pin except on wheel brgs.

Thanks OC, I guess I thought it was supposed to move easily so you could hook up from other angles if needed.
