Roadmaster active suspension

Put the Roadmaster in the f150 today. 12 minutes a side and then lifted the truck to do the final adjustment. Brought the back up 3/8 of an inch. Set it between the thick and thin washer to start.

Looks like a pretty easy install, let us know how it works for you.

We made a trip to Kelowna and back with a light load and there was no difference in ride. The truck sits higher in the back and doesn't squat as much loaded. It took some rethinking on the drop when hooking up the trailer but we are just using the original settings from before the RAS.

Are you still happy with this set-up?

I'm a big fan of the RAS set up. I'm on my 4th set. Two E250 stretch vans, and two F150 4x4's. They allow a little squat, so the ride isn't rougher then normal when unloaded.
I have them on my current truck. A 2010 F150 4x4.
Their main function, is to keep the leaf spring from making an S shape, when the truck is loaded, or under torque from acceleration.
They work, and work well.

Yes we are still very happy with the set up.
No issues and no noise even when empty.
I had 1000 kg of ice melt in the truck this winter
and it sat nice and level.
