We really like it. The Jeep E-Pro combo seems a perfect fit and handles well. We have a Fastway E2 Wd hitch with built in sway control. The loaded trailer weight is about 3500 pounds. We have not had any sway problems. Our last trip was from Southern B.C. north to the Arctic circle. We traveled about 9,000 km and averaged 16.1 L/100 km. We are real happy with the combination.

The Jeep does a fine job. It is a pretty competent tow machine. We have factory tow group and we use a Fastway E2 WD hitch with sway control. As I have mentioned in previous post we average about 16 to 17 l/100 km. We live in the mountains so any time we leave our community we need to pull over a mountain pass. The Jeep handles 6 to 8% grades well. The 10 to 12% ones make her grunt. Having said that the tranny temp does get hot but it has never exceeded the limit.

My kind of thread!
Here she is.
2015 Silverado LTZ, Z71
Several custom things done, but that's another forum.
Even threw in a pic pulling the old boat. That thing towed like the current camper. LOL.

Just picked up a 2018 Ram Limited 3500 CCLBDRW 6.7 Diesel H.O. w/Aisin trans. It is immaculate with only 13k miles.
I'm pretty sure my Ford isn't happy about this.

Out with the ram 2500 6.4 and in with the silverado 3500 6.6 duramax
Yup. I tried everything to make my beloved ram 2500 do the job but finally broke down and moved to the diesel world. I have to admit it is a much better ride.

Just returned home from a month at Gulf State park in Gulf Shores, AL. We headed north on Nov 1st and I couldn't even count the number of southbound campers between the Gulf and Montgomery. Snowbird migration!

I see three axles. Is that a toy hauler? Black trucks look great with Cedar Creeks!

Yes .. .Toy Hauler ... different then most ... You would never know on the inside. Front living. Middle kitchen and bath. Back queen bedroom w/washer & dryer. Under bed from outside a raisable bed to fit lifted golf cart. Love the layout.
