Silverback 291K Axle

Considering purchase of Silverback 291K but concerned about axles. Dual 6000# axles. Hitch weight 2070; axle dry weight 8759; GVWR 14040; tire size ST235/80R/16E; 6-lug wheels. Has anyone had experience with this configuration? Is it a problem looking for a place to happen?

I've not heard of any problems with this trailer's axles. The trailer's dry weight is pretty light, and these axles and tires should be adequate.

I don't see any issues even at max GVWR.
14,000-20% for pin leaves you 11,200. That's less than the 12,000 for the axles. Doubt you would ever load 3200lbs in it. More like 1500lbs. Which would put you at 10,259 GVW. Well under the 12,000lb axle rating.
