Slider is totally useless with the Reese Revolution Sidewinder pin box activated. The trailer pivots 22" behind the pin box pin.

Short bed for me meant bent cab...and of course maiden voyage as if I didn't have enough anxiety. I use mine in my driveway... I don't fret it now I just slide and back.

Don't know when they started using them, but it was stock on my 2012 Flagstaff and the 2012 Rockwoods.

I had Ford Ecoboost with a Reese hitch and sidewinder at 90 degrees on Sunday. Didn't break anything so I was happy.

Hey Ron...that hitch looks familiar. Is that a Reese Pro Series with a square tube slider. I hadn't used mine for a long time and couldn't get it to slide the one time that I needed recently. I also found that it twisted making removal and re-install very difficult. I replaced it with a B&W Patriot.
