sort of off topic,
anyone have a strong opinion on a Kia Sportage SE. It has a v6 & 4wd Loaded! I need a auto for my daughter&wife. Found one for a good price according to KBB. I know nothing about Kia and that mfg quality. Please don't bash, just personal experience.

Well, we own a Hyundai four door, a relative to the Kia. It has nearly 200K miles on it and has never never, i mean never broken or needed service beyond oil change, gas, tires. I would buy another one in a red hot minute.

My wife had an early Hyundai when I met her, think it was a 90 or 91 Scoupe. Complete garbage.
However in the past 5 years their CR and JD Power ratings are on top of Honda/Toyota. I would not hesitate to get one.
The sportage can be a little small, the Sorrento is really a nice car.

well, wife and I just looked at a Toyota Highlander. I think tomorrow we're going back to buy the Toyota not the Kia.
The wife likes the Toyota and that is that

It was never mentioned from the start, but was this idea for a vehicle ever being considered as a "toad" for your RV?
Not sure if this was ever a consideration or just as a discussion for a car for a memeber of the family. There is a very select list of vehicles that can be towed 4 wheels down.
Just wondering?
BTW.....my wife has owned 4 Hyundais and each one has been better than the last. She really racks up the miles!!!!!!!
