Squeaky Hitch Gets Grease

Scott Rasely, from PullRite just left.

I have to say these folks stand behind their hitches 110%.

I dropped them an email about my noisy hitch and next thing I know I get an email to let me know Scott would be in the area and would be happy to inspect my hitch. He basically rebuilt it in my driveway and made sure it was completely adjusted before he left.

To say my expectations were exceeded would be the understatement of the millennium. BLOWN away would be more like it.

Thank you Scott (account specialist), thank you Leslie Slater (customer service rep), and THANK YOU PullRite (best darn sliding hitch manufacturer in the world).

Unless the "lurk" here I don't know how they knew.
I went back through my emails and I never mentioned it once!

Maybe they really are just the good old American "stand behind their products" type of company we wish they all were...

I sure would like to think so.
