Superglide Roller Question

We just returned from a few relaxing days at Bastrop State Park in Central Texas. What a nice park it is. We were never there before the wildfires that ravaged the park a couple of years ago, but I can only imagine how nice it was before the fires.

But I digress...on the way home I heard a few clunks from the hitch as I would slow down or take off from a stop light. When we first got the hitch a couple of years back I had heard this clunk, so I followed the procedure in the manual to tighten the turntable cam arm assembly and that fixed the problem. So I thought, no problem...I'll need to do that again.

Last night I was inspecting the hitch preparing to tighten the stop assembly and realized that the bolt holding the roller on the hitch has just a little bit of play to it when I wiggle the roller. Not major movement, but enough to notice. I never checked this before, so I'm not sure if this has always been there or if it is normal. It's almost as if the hole that the bolt slides through is just a tad bit larger than the bolt and therefore there is some "slop" there.

Has anyone else noticed this? Should I just simply tighten the nut that holds the bolt in in place? If I do tighten it, are there any torque specs that I should use?
