I added the Hellwig bar to my truck. It made a huge difference but we pull a very small 5er; more of a roll than a sway situation. I will say that I like the bar a lot even when not towing. It drives much better. Much less understeer.
Remember that the Hellwig is an anti-roll bar and not an anti-sway bar. But, that being said, a little "roll" in your truck can result in a bit of sway in the trailer.
The Hellwig is only $250 and you can put it on yourself in about 90 minutes. No jacking; no removal of wheels.
That's a LOT of payload. You must have the Heavy Duty Payload Package?
Another thought. Those friction bars aren't the greatest setup. Maybe consider getting a Reese Straight Line or an Equalizer WHD. That's an awfully long trailer for friction bars.
