Not my cup of tea for 58K (and no exhaust brake) that is for sure.....If your looking for a diesel I would go with any of the 3/4 tons or 1 tons from the big three for that price unless your looking for maybe alittle better MPG.....My gasser choice would be the EcoBeast.

It sounded like it didn't get great mileage either.

Terrible payload. I had high hopes for this truck but seems useless for in between 1/2 tons and 3/4 tons especially for the price.

I totally agree with no exhaust brake. If I am going diesel it will have an exhaust brake

Ecoboost did the Ike at 2.9 mpg, Chevy 6.0 with 12,500 2.5, Ram with 12,500 2.8.

Payload on a similar equipped 250/2500 diesel crew cab 4x4 is going to be 1900-2200lbs.

The other trucks that I saw them do were pulling enclosed trailers up that hill and I think they started from a dead stop. This doesn't seem like an apples-to-apples comparison.

I was hoping to see around 2000 lbs of payload. 2014 ram 2500 longhorn diesel shows 2180 lbs the nissan is 1733 lbs. Pretty big difference imo.

I would be interested in seeing the axle capacity that the titan has. I cant find anything online. I heard something about the gvwr around 8900 lbs. seems low depending on what the axles are rated for.
