But you touch on a good point, I myself have never driven one. I can only offer opinions based on what I read. So someone says it pulls well and dont know what the Fuss is about.. PLenety of folks Towed well with my previous setup and Loved it also.. I didn't. And it wasn't an issue of being underpowered, That 6.4 Hemi will Move. It was an issue of an overly high first gear in the tranny and a large gap between 1st and second. Thats whay I feel that the people reviewing the GM 6.6 Gasser and complaining it doesnt pull as well cant justifiably say it is under powered. Any motor making over 400HP and 460 lb-ft of torque is a far cry from being underpowered. It has to be the relation of the motor to the drivetrain. My suspect is the tranny gearing and going from a 4:10 Rear ratio to 3:73. But in all Honesty, 4:10 down to 3:73 is not that big of a difference. But none the less I feel like a majority of people will pull with it and be very impressed and pleased.

A few years ago I had a Chevy 2500HD with the 6.0 gasser and 4.10's and I lived out West travelling in the Rockies and the Sierras frequently and I thought it was under powered towing 8k yet there are a lot of people that rave about how great the 6.0 is I guess to each their own

The body roll on that 2020 was horrendous. Way too soft. My 2019 Colorado has a much stiffer suspension than the 1500 had.

If you read I said newer 1500 if ya want technical 2019 to 2020. trucks. We are not talking either about smaller trucks like Colorado no comparison. Later RJD

My 2019 1500 LTZ has a much firmer ride than my 2016 1500 LTZ.

as mentioned seems matching gears with transmission seems to be the key .... my 2019 Ram 1500 8 sp with 3.92 is a good fit ... only hills I have been in were Tenn and up the hill truck pulled my 1st 5ver 11,000 lb up the hill as fast as I wanted to go and down the hill tow/haul mode braked with just a tap of the pedal ... new 5ver is 900 lbs lighter and Ram does great just 200 lbs over payload will move me into a 3500 6.7 Ram next year .... hard to believe the 6.6 lacks power based on numbers listed I cannot say have not driven it ...

Just traded my 2018 Colorado with 2.8 Duramax for a 2020 1500 Z71 with 3.0 Duramax. I pull a Geo Pro 19FBS and the Colorado handled the mountains in Colorado and New Mexico just fine. Was looking for more room in the truck and potential to upgrade to a trailer with more room in the near future. Going to Gatlinburg, TN for Thanksgiving so I will see how it handles on some hills.

I don’t know about not nice interior. I just bought a Chevy 3500 LTZ and think the interior is quite nice.
