Don't see much wrong with that setup. Doubles are legal in my neck of the woods and we see them all the time.

Very level setup.

Aquaman was so busy looking at other peoples hitches that he didn't even see the water running out of his trailer. He can however tell you how to clean that up.

Times like that make it worth the effort to swap out that tiny fire extinguisher the factories put in for a much bigger one.

I see people.... Lots and lots of people having fun camping the way they do it. So be it if they have two toy haulers shoved on one pull through site? Actually on the site next to the 2 TH was a Class A and a pop up. The class A Sat correctly on the site. The pup was wedged sideways (read perpendicular to the class A) between a tree and the class A. The pup was literally a couple inches off the tree and class A. There was another tree directly in front of the pup (where the hitch was) and a few feet behind the pup was another fiver on a different campsite. Not sure how they were gonna get it out of there. I'm guessing they had to of put it there by pushing/pulling it by hand. I wish I had gone back up to watch the departure show on Monday (labor day weekend). Also wish I had taken a picture of it.

I feel real bad, I haven't seen anyone to criticize, am I supposed to look for things that might not look right? I just tend to mind my own business and have a good time camping.

I think the point is that many of these situations have significant potential to impact the safety of other people.

Sometimes the show is just fun to watch............

This last week we met a lot of nice people including the guy in his 70s that I was talking to, he said his just came to set the trailer up so the women could have their week camping & he could go home & have some peace.

I could hear one say darn (the other word) men don't do nothing so ya got to learn how to do things yourself. ..........It was very entertaining

But if that was the case, we would be seeing the results in the media constantly, but, we see the odd one here as soon as it happens so statistically it just does not add up.

So true! Same with refrigerators blowing up gas stations and truck frames breaking.

Maybe farm subsidies not as rich up your way but DW works with farmers...LA, MS, GA, FL...I always hear the stories how times are tough but DW sees the wife in the caddy or BMW and husband in the latest diesel rig parked at their lavish homestead...probably a regional advantage...either way, you can't take it with you so live large!

[QUOTE=acadianbob;696701]1) A Ford Escape pulling a 5,500 lb Airstream! Just about double the tow vehicle's maximum rating. Being pulled from Toronto to Winnepeg. 3,000 RPM on the flats; 4,500 RPM on a hill; according to the owner.

I bet i know the dealer that set him up with that rig! I have seen a Honda Odessy towing a triple axle presidential Airstream that weights 9200 lbs!

Saw an El Camino pulling an old school 5'ver. Scariest thing I've ever seen. Should have snapped a picture.
